NWMI is seeking an Office Manager to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks to support Event Leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skill and approachable demeanor. S/he must have a passion for organization and efficiency.
Ensure all items on event checklist are prepared/completed prior to the event;
Maintain NWMI supplies in Silver Spring storage unit;
Coordinate with transportation personnel to ensure delivery of supplies to events;
Locate and purchase supplies needed for events;
Maintain spreadsheets with pertinent event information; and
Provide assistance to other Team NWMI members when requested by the Executive Director or Program Director.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Google Docs, and Internet)
A consummate team player with a flexible and creative approach
Flexible hours; up to 5 hours per week
$12-15 per hour depending on experience
