Celebrate the completion of the holy month at NWMI’s 10th Eid al-Fitr celebration. We’ve put together our best program yet!
Takbirat will start at 9:45am, with salat starting promptly at 10:00am. The khutba (sermon) will be delivered in English. To commemorate our 10-year anniversary, Basil Eldadah, co-founder and board member of NWMI and our inaugural khateeb, will reprise his role as this year's khateeb.
Brunch | Enjoy delicious and diverse food offerings, including pancakes, eggs, sliders, wraps, wings, donuts, pizza, and more!
Children’s Carnival | Our unforgettable kids’ program features an interactive petting zoo, multiple moon bounces (including one just for kids under 6), slides, jousting, pinatas, face painting, and balloon twisting! (Children must register to participate.)
Concessions | Enjoy fresh popcorn, cotton candy, and a shaved ice truck!

In light of the unusual circumstances surrounding the expected sighting of the moon this year, NWMI will be celebrating Eid on Wednesday, June 5th. If you would like to know more about the rationale for this date, please click here. A description of how NWMI performs Eid Salat can be found here.

Pay Zakat Before Prayer
Zakat-al-Fitr should be given for each adult and his/her dependent(s) before the start of Eid Salat. It is recommended to give the worth of one meal ($8-10) for each individual. NWMI will be giving the fitrah to Muslim Social Service Agency. You can pay online or a collection box will be available on-site.
