Pilgrimage: Stories from the Arbaeen Walk

  • Cabin John Middle School 10701 Gainsborough Road Potomac, MD, 20854 United States (map)

Each year nearly 10 million pilgrims from all over the world fly to Iraq to take part in the Arbaeen Walk, making it the world's largest annual public gathering. It is a 50-mile journey over a few days from Najaf to Karbala - this year in a heat of 120 degrees!

Among this year's pilgrims are a dozen young men (aged 16 to 55) from the NWMI community. We invite you to join us for a special evening where they will share their experiences and reflections on this spiritual journey.

All ages are welcome. There will be no separate children's program.

Registration is required. Register today!
