Celebrating our beloved Prophet's example on the day of his birth has been a long-standing NWMI tradition. Last year, our Mawlid Celebration featured a live concert by American-Muslim singer, Raef, who drew a crowd of hundreds in a standing-room only auditorium!  Like all things in 2020, our Mawlid Celebration looks a bit different this year, but we hope it will be no less inspirational.  

The MAWLID MAILER was NWMI’s latest innovation: a screen-free way for the whole family to learn about our Messenger’s life and legacy. This fun-filled package for youth of all ages included family-friendly games, a service project, crafts and treats all tied in to the theme of celebrating the life of the final Prophet.

While the deadline to receive a mailer has passed, we want everyone to be able to benefit from the care, effort, and love that went into the creation of these Mailer activities, so we are making many of the pages available for free. Download your free printables below!

You can complete the games and activities at your own pace, but the first ten people to tag NWMI in social-media videos of completed projects or mawlid games in action will receive an additional prize! 

Please Note: the craft instructions found in these printables refer to many craft supplies that were provided to those who signed up to have a package delivered. However, with creativity, all of these crafts can be completed with whatever supplies you have on hand. For example, any string will do for the spider web weaving, any box or bag can work for the good deed collector, etc.
