We hope that this Ramadan has been a spiritually fulfilling and bountiful month. We are looking forward to spending Eid together as a community. This Eid, we have booked the entire Rockville Zava Zone for two full hours!
ZAVA ZONE IS SOLD OUT. WE ARE AT CAPACITY, ALHAMDULILLAH!
We will begin our beautiful day remembering our Creator with Eid Salat, followed by a hot catered brunch, Finjani’s fun specialty drinks, some festival activities for our little ones, and lots of Zava Zone excitement (ages 5 and up).
Takbirat will begin promptly at 9:45 am and salat will be followed by an English sermon. Read a description of how NWMI performs Eid Salat. We strongly urge you to arrive before the start of takbirat. (If you arrive after 9:45am, please be extremely mindful of the prayer atmosphere.)
Zava Zone, only two parking lots away from the Rockville Sportsplex, is fully reserved for our community members with a minimum age requirement of five (5) years old. There will be activities for ages 4 and under at the Rockville Sportsplex following Eid prayer.
Please make sure to get your tickets for one of two Zava Zone sessions via our Eid Ticket Tailor by Thursday, March 19 at 12pm. Zava Zone management requires a signed waiver and an attendee list no later than 24 hours in advance. We truly appreciate your cooperation.
All Zava Zone registered participants must pick up wristbands at our registration desk at the Rockville Sportsplex. Please park either in the parking lot adjacent to the Rockville Sportsplex or in the spots reserved for Zava Zone in the Rockville Ice Arena lot towards the right (near Zava Zone).
