Embark on a journey of self-discovery and leadership development with our tailored outdoor experience geared just for teens! Becoming a commendable leader is a quality that every Muslim should strive for. It involves inspiring others, showing empathy in listening, and setting a positive example.
Through a variety of daily adventures, often off campus, teens will have the opportunity to cultivate essential leadership skills. This year's adventures include fostering confidence at the Sandy Spring Adventure Park, learning self-advocacy with a trip to congress to encourage state representatives to stand for what matters, practicing teamwork through doubles kayaking on the Potomac River, learning effective communication and the importance of service by leading a day of programming for younger kids at CampNWMI and ending the week empowered by community and quiet contemplation in Jummah salat at a local mosque.
Teens! Come build lasting friendships while gaining the tools you need to become a leader in your school, community, and beyond--- with Allah (swt)'s help, the confident and effective leader you were always meant to be.
